By accessing or using Nodevera Cloud services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Description of Services
Nodevera Cloud provides cloud hosting, website hosting, game hosting, domains, and related infrastructure services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue a service.
Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate information during registration, protect your account credentials, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use our services for illegal activities, including fraud, hacking, spamming, distributing malware, or other abusive conduct. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Billing, Payments & Renewals
Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination. Services automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these terms. Termination may result in loss of data.
Uptime & Service Availability
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and unforeseen incidents may cause downtime.
Data & Backups
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their data. Nodevera Cloud is not liable for data loss.
Limitation of Liability
Nodevera Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the last billing cycle.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Nodevera Cloud harmless from claims or damages arising from your use of the services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
