How to Cancel a Hosting Service Print

If you need to cancel a hosting service:

1. Login to your client portal.
2. Click Services.
3. Select the hosting service you want to cancel.
4. Click Request Cancellation.

Choose one of the following options:

Immediate Cancellation

The service will stop immediately.

End of Billing Period

The service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Confirm the cancellation request to complete the process.
