1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Nodevera Cloud services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Services
Nodevera Cloud provides cloud hosting, VPS, website hosting, and related infrastructure services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use our services for illegal activities, including fraud, hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.
5. Billing, Payments & Renewals
All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension or termination.
Services automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, abuse, or violation of terms.
Termination may result in loss of data, for which we are not responsible.
7. Uptime & Service Availability
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen issues may cause downtime.
8. Data & Backups
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data.
Nodevera Cloud is not liable for data loss under any circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the last billing cycle.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Nodevera Cloud harmless from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from your use of services.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
